Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • To request a return, please click here and log in to your store account to submit a return request directly. We will review and approve it as soon as possible.

Please note that all returns must be shipped to our overseas warehouse, and we will provide the return shipping label and detailed instructions after your return request is approved.

  • Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or product defect), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition — unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
