Which tray fits my capsules?

Every tray is built for one capsule size - 000, 00, 0, 1-2 or 3-4-5 - and the size is right there in the product title. Not sure yet? Watch a tray being filled and match it to the capsules you have.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free worldwide, on every order. Orders leave us in 2-3 business days and usually arrive 6-12 business days later. A tracking link goes out by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Can I send a tray back?

Yes. Unused trays in their original packaging can come back within 30 days of delivery. Our returns and refunds policy has the details.

Do you ship to my country?

Almost certainly - we ship worldwide and the shipping is free. If checkout will not complete for your address, send us a message and we will sort it out.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes. Tell us the tray size and the quantity you need, and pick Bulk or wholesale enquiry in the form above - we will come back with pricing.
