Why we build trays
One product, then a range built on feedback.
LICUIWEI began in Shenzhen in 2024 with a single product: a clear acrylic capsule filling tray and a small funnel. The idea was simple - filling your own capsules should not be messy, and it should not need a machine the size of a suitcase.
The first trays were cut for size 00 capsules. They sold, customers asked for more sizes, and the range grew. Today it runs from a compact 14-hole tray to a 100-hole setup covering capsule sizes 000 through 5.
We keep changing things when customers tell us to. When people reported the frame flexing under pressure, we moved to heat-bent acrylic supports - stronger and steadier for daily use, still light enough to rinse under a tap.
Milestones
- 2024Founded in ShenzhenLICUIWEI starts with one product and one goal: filling your own capsules, done cleanly at home.
- FirstThe acrylic trayA clear acrylic tray with a matching funnel - accurate, repeatable, and easy to rinse under a tap.
- NextSizes 00 and 0After the size 00 tray took off, customers asked for size 0. We built it, and the range kept growing from there.
- UpgradeHeat-bent acrylic supportsFeedback said the frame flexed under pressure. We switched to heat-bent acrylic supports - stronger and steadier for daily use.
- Today14 to 100 holesThe range now runs from a compact 14-hole tray to a 100-hole setup covering capsule sizes 000 to 5.

So EASY to fill empty capsules with these trays.
These trays are a necessity if you want to fill your own medicinal/herbal, etc capsules. Maybe the machines are good, but the manual way is very easy and cheaper as long as you have the right tools, including these trays and a funnel (you can use a nail head as a tamper).

Perfect for my needs
My dog must take 4 different medications twice a day, so his veterinarian suggested that I combine them to reduce the number of capsules. This is the only product I found that works for this purpose. Most capsule machines are for 100+ capsules and too expensive. This one is great quality at a reasonable price and is neither too big or too small. Thank you!
