In response, we created the first acrylic capsule tray tailored precisely for size 00 capsules based on real customer needs.

We ship from both U.S. and China warehouses:

What Makes Your Tray Special?
Our trays are specifically designed to match size 00 or 0 capsules precisely.
· One tray holds 60 capsules; two trays = 120 capsules at once—no need to keep switching tools.
· Made from 0.17-inch thick acrylic and precision laser-drilled for a snug fit.
· Most kits use small stainless steel trays that fit only 2–3 capsules per size—not ideal for bulk filling.
What Does "00" Mean?
“00” refers to the capsule size. The most common sizes are 00 and 0.
· Size 00 holds about 1g of powder.
· Size 0 holds about 0.5g.
We currently offer trays for both sizes, ideal for DIY supplement projects.
Can I Mix Capsule Sizes?
Sorry, no. Each tray is made to match only one size.
A size 00 tray fits only size 00 capsules, and size 0 trays only fit size 0.
We recommend buying multiple trays if you work with different capsule sizes.
