Capsules come in 8 different sizes: 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Size 000 is the largest, and size 5 is the smallest. The bigger the capsule, the more powder or oil it can hold.

• Size 000 holds approximately 600–1500 mg of powder or liquid.
• Size 5 holds around 60–130 mg.

However, the exact capacity depends on the density of the powder. Denser powders like salt will fill more, while fluffy powders like flour take up more space and fill less per capsule.
